Can I purchase Belleville boots at any other location besides this website?
Yes. Belleville footwear can also be purchased at AAFES Clothing Sales Stores worldwide; at selected Navy Exchange Stores (NEXCOM) across the U.S.; and at U.S. Base Service Centers for all branches of the U.S. Military. However, not all locations sell our entire line of boots. In the event a certain location does not stock the style and/or size you are looking for, many store managers are willing to special order the style and/or size you need.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Accepted forms of payment include Federal Government SmartPay Cards, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards.

When can I expect my order to ship?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of order receipt. Please call us at 1-800-376-6978 (Monday - Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm CST) if you require expedited delivery or delivery outside the Continental U.S.
What is your return/exchange policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your boots and would like a refund, return them unused to the original place of purchase within 30 days and we'll refund 100% of the price of the boots, excluding any shipping charges. For exchanges, we will pay to have a new pair shipped to you, but we will not reimburse you for the shipping cost to return the original pair. Belleville Shoe will not issue any refunds or exchanges on boots that show any signs of wear or are altered in any way from their original condition.
Please note: Belleville boots issued to you or purchased from a store must be returned to that issuing or selling agent and are subject to that agent's return policy. For complete details on our return/exchange policy, please click here.
Do you offer any type of a warranty?
Belleville Shoe Manufacturing Company guarantees its boots to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. If a defect in materials and/or workmanship occurs within the one year period, Belleville Shoe will, at its option, either repair or replace the boots.

What is the best way to care for my Belleville boots?
To ensure you get the most out of your Belleville boots, it is extremely important that you take proper care of them. Use a soft bristle brush on a regular basis to remove dirt from your Belleville boots. CORDURAŽ nylon fabric may be cleaned with a soft brush using warm water, but do not polish. Air dry boots naturally at room temperature. Do not expose boots to direct intense heat as this can cause damage to the boot. A light coat of quality polish may be applied to the leather of our black boots only; never polish a Belleville desert tan boot.
Can Belleville boots be re-soled?
Yes. The use of a VIBRAMŽ rubber outsole makes our boots easily re-solable and can be done by most local shoe shops.
What is the difference between a VIBRAMŽ Sierra tread outsole and a VIBRAMŽ Chevron tread outsole?
The VIBRAMŽ Sierra outsole is designed to perform in diverse and rugged terrain. Exclusive VIBRAMŽ compounds guarantee maximum traction on both wet and dry surfaces.
The VIBRAMŽ Chevron sole is designed for demanding environments ranging from ship decks to asphalt tarmacs.
Do you have a product catalog?
